Worry often starts with a thought. It might say, “What if I fail?” It might say, “What if something goes wrong?” Pause and notice the thought. Do not believe it right away. Ask yourself if it is true. Ask yourself if there is proof. Some worries are just guesses. Guesses are not facts. Learning to question worry builds control. Control reduces fear. You can notice worry without letting it win.
