Brushing your teeth is part of your daily routine. You should brush in the morning and at night. Use a small amount of toothpaste. Move your brush in little circles. Brush the front, the back, and the top of your teeth. Do not rush through it. Take your time and count slowly if you need to. Brushing helps keep your teeth strong and healthy.
